Discover Arden’s Parks
Like vibrant green beads strung along more than 20 miles of trails, Arden’s pristine parks will allow residents to connect not only to nature, but to each other. The parks will provide a space to gather for events, meet for playdates, rest along your jogging route or spend a peaceful moment enjoying the lake views.
Meet Up
Take a relaxing stroll or bike ride to one of the two centrally located neighborhood parks and you’ll discover places for epic picnicking. Gather with family and friends for a meal al fresco, or enjoy a romantic date night under the stars. Shaded pavilions and numerous picnic tables mean you’ll always have a comfortable place for everything from birthday parties to weekend barbecues.
Play the Day Away
For families with kids, visiting one of Arden’s three playgrounds will become part of your weekend routine. Playtime Park will feature a playground by KOMPAN, and just steps away there will be sports courts and playfields for soccer, tag, frisbee and anything in between. For a day packed with fun, try out West Picnic Park. The kids can play to their hearts content on the swings, seesaw and climbing structure while you have a relaxing chat with the neighbors. Or, for some old-fashioned fun, stop by Turtleback Terrace and let the kids have mountains of fun rolling and running down the grassy hills while you unwind and enjoy the beautiful lake views.
Sweeping Views
The focal point of Arden is the breathtaking mile-long Arden Lake, and many of Arden’s parks will take advantage of the beautiful lake views. As you drive into Arden, the first thing you’ll see is the tiered stone seating at Overlook Park, that will act as the community’s front porch and make for an unforgettable first impression. Take an invigorating run or bike ride around the lake and stop by North Lake Park for a break with a view. For a more relaxing experience, try out South Lake Park. Arbor swings, nearby benches and sweeping lake vistas are a recipe for a peaceful afternoon.
Take a Breather
The Landing will be located right on Arden Lake, providing the perfect place to land your canoe or kayak for a breather. Pause along your aquatic adventure to meet up with friends for lunch and refuel before heading back onto the lake.
