Legacy at Jordan Lake Announces Builders for New Phases of Development

Chapel Hill, NC. — Three builders are now selling new homes in Legacy at Jordan Lake in Chapel Hill. Integrity Homes, Meritage Homes and Ryan Homes are developing a range of designs that will emphasize simple elegance and timeless style.

The new construction by Freehold Communities will include 304 lots set on 350 acres.

Design guidelines for Legacy at Jordan Lake specify colors, materials, and details that will create a sense of place, said Maddalon.
