Shearwater, a New Residential Community in St. Johns County Opening in Fall 2015, Announces School Attendance Zones
St. Johns County, F.L. – Freehold Communities has just announced additional details about Shearwater, its newest community crafted for active families, outdoor enthusiasts, and those who appreciate scenic beauty in northern St. Johns County.

Timberlin Creek Elementary School is located at the entrance to Shearwater, where a paved pathway will connect Shearwater residents directly to the school. The pathway will be separated from main roads and connected to the multi-purpose paths, allowing children to walk or bike to and from school safely, a high priority for the Shearwater community.
