Be among the first to see model homes from all four of our distinguished home builders: David Weekley Homes, Lennar, Richmond American Homes and MasterCraft Builder Group.

Bring your Friends and Family

Don’t miss exciting activities for all ages. Collect stamps at each stop during the interactive Community Passport Tour for a chance to win exciting prizes. When you’re finished with the tour, explore Shearwater’s extensive trail system. To finish off the day, enjoy lunch at our complimentary food trucks, which will be offering delicious and healthy food options for everyone. The kids will enjoy face painting, caricature drawing, a balloon artist and a giant bounce house.
